Begin Again Decon was a wonderful company to work with in a tough situation. They came in and cleared out a relatives apartment in an efficient and respectful way. The team was very mindful and detail oriented when looking for things that were truly needles in a haystack. In addition, they cleaned up at the end of everyday and communicated what had been done with pictures and texts. I highly recommend them to handle any messy situations that may be overwhelming both physically and mentally.

This company is efficient with kindness and compassion for getting what you need done. They are truly a lifesaver .

Professional team that works with kindness and diligence. I was truly impressed by what they accomplished and the quality of the result. They listen to their clients, are clear on expectations and services, and review the results of their work with you both during and after completion. I felt like I could trust this team to declutter and sanitize with compassion and consideration. Great experience!

This company saved me! I had a tenant in an ADU that left a foul cat urine odor behind. A different pet odor removal company quoted me at $2300 including replacing wood door frame. Then I found Begin Again Decon.. and hallelujah. They were able to remove the urine odor using a surface cleaning and chlorine dioxide gas vapor for $650. The treatment worked perfectly. I am so glad I found this company!!!

My 91 year old friend in Los Angeles kept telling me he had a little clutter problem. Over time, he let slip some clues that it was more than that. After 2 years of encouragement, he finally agreed to hire someone and we settled on Begin Again. Erynn is patient and kind, and she did a fabulous job of gently prying his fingers off his treasured items. He thought much of it could be donated, but filth and bugs had destroyed much of it. His one room apartment was piled to the ceiling with items retrieved from the street. Underneath that was piles of trash he never took out. The smell was unbelievable. After two rounds of decluttering and four fumigations, we are finally ready for the final step -- the deep clean. He is looking forward to having a real bed to sleep in for the first time in many years. He is looking forward to elevating his feet in a comfortable recliner. He is looking forward to allowing people in to help him with things. None of this was possible before. Just goes to show you, it's never too late to Begin Again. Many thanks to Erynn and her amazing team.

If I could give Begin Again Decon 10 stars I would. My brother and I were tasked with cleaning out our mother’s house after she recently passed away. The house had not been lived in for years and critters invaded. I researched various companies and had them assess and provide estimates, and Begin Again Decon really stood out. They were compassionate, provided detailed estimates, had flexible availability, and their prices were very reasonable. We couldn’t have gotten through this clean out process without Begin Again Decon. Including some before and after pictures as well.

Really amazing team. Responded very quickly to a sensitive (and embarrassing) situation. I was very anxious about it. Everyone was incredibly kind, supportive, and empathetic from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked for 6 hours, made sure to ask questions about what was important to me, and they all truly seemed to care and took the time to talk to me. The service was a bit on the expensive side, but is in line with quotes I got from other Decon companies. You get what you pay for, and they did amazing work! I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I ever need the help, I'll definitely be coming back to Begin Again. Thank you so much for all that you do!!

We, at ADvance INvestments property management, recently utilized the services of Begin Again Decon for addressing recurring issues inside our tenants' units, and we were thoroughly impressed. The team at Begin Again Decon displayed the utmost professionalism and efficiency in handling the task at hand. Henry, in particular, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. I would highly recommend Begin Again Decon to anyone in need of their specialized services. They truly surpassed our expectations.

I used Begin Again Decon for a home renovation project. We were renovating my mother’s home and we had ALOT of things to clear. I called Begin Again and spoke with Erynn. She assured me that they could have everything done in the time they set. They arrived on time and they move FAST. They carted it all away. I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Thanks Erynn & Begin Again. I absolutely recommend this company.

Maxing service. Reliable! Would use again and again!
